Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition within 28 days of purchase. This will not include postage costs. Please try on your new purchase carefully (indoors or on a carpeted surface) to avoid any disappointment regarding a refund. Under distance selling regulations once shoes have been “marked” in any way whether it be on the sole or lining we are not able to accept them back for refund. The returned purchases must be in their original packaging including any labels, tags, cardboard inserts and tissue, and the box must not be damaged in any way.
To make a return, please complete the enclosed return note and post the goods and note, clearly labelled to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to either store and our web team will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days.
